Sweet & Salty Chicken Wings
The perfect combination that will entice your taste buds

Ingredients (serves 2)
For the No-Soy Stir Fry Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon No-Soy Sauce
- 1½ teaspoons brown sugar
- 1½ teaspoons honey
- ¾ teaspoon sesame oil
- ¾ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- ½ garlic clove, minced
- Pinch of black pepper
For the Chicken Wings:
- 500g chicken wings
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
How to make it

Make sauce: Mix No-Soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and black pepper in small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves and let sit while preparing wings.

Season wings: Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken wings and rest 5 minutes.

Cook wings: Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add wings and stir-fry 10 minutes until golden-brown.

Glaze: Add stir fry sauce and cook 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly until wings are well coated and glossy.
