Spicy apple kimchi

Store in the refrigerator right away and keep for up to one week. Serve with extra gochugaru sprinkled on top.
6 red apples (1Kg/2.2lb), sliced
1 lemon
1 Kimchi @Home base
1 Gochugaru packets
1 Tbsp. pomegranate syrup (optional)
How to make it

In a large bowl combine apples, lemon juice, Kimchi @Home base and gochugaru. Mix gently for two minutes, trying not to break apple slices. Feel free to add a tablespoon of pomegranate syrup if apples are extra tangy.
